Hey, I'm Marissa.

I've been selling since I was 18 and managing sales teams since I was 20. I spent years in the field, including leading a sales team at ExoShield, before going all in on auto restyling. I've been in this industry for over eight years now, and in that time I've visited more than 500 shops and listened to over 10,000 sales calls. I've sat in the offices and walked the floors and had the real conversations. I know what this world looks like from the inside.

I started Restyle Revenue because I kept seeing the same things over and over. Good shops with good people doing good work, but the business side just wasn't keeping up. And I didn't love the way most people tried to help with that. Too much negativity, too much "you're doing it all wrong" energy. I'd rather just sit down with you and figure it out together. Find what's already working and build on it.

I’ve been on the other side of this. I’ve worked inside sales systems that weren’t built for the people running them. That’s what drives everything I do now.
